Is MoxieTizzy located in the US? Yes, we are located in Montgomery, Texas.

How fast is shipping? We ship FAST! Typically orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped immediately. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing time. Standard shipping generally takes 2-3 days from us to you depending on your location. Carrier transit times may vary.

How much is shipping? We cover shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, weight based shipping charges will apply.

Does MoxieTizzy accept returns? Absolutely! While we know you're going to love your items we do understand that occasionally things may need to be returned. Please contact us to start the return process. We make returns easy and it is our goal to ensure that our customers are always happy. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
